Deep yellow green colour. Attractive oakiness, fine spicy notes, cinnamon, vanilla, juicy yellow fruit, notes of cape gooseberry, multi-faceted bouquet. Subtly caramelised, mineral, white tropical fruit, delicate hints of lychee and physalis, lively structure, fine barrique spiciness in the aftertaste. It is full-bodied and persistent, should be decanted, and has certain ageing potential. Very similar in style to a white Bordeaux such as Malartic-Lagravière.
