Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Concentrated nose of elderberry, blackberry, some blood orange and ginger, wood spice. Dry on the palate, no frills, tart fruit and some dark chocolate. Full bodied and with good substance, the tannins are prominent and give support. Individual in character.
