Deep, dark ruby-garnet color, opaque core, violet highlights, delicate lightening at the rim. Black cherry fruit underpinned by subtle woody notes, a hint of nougat, and a delicate herbal touch. Juicy, dark berry fruit, a hint of chocolate, noticeable tannins that are still present; complex and persistent; will benefit from some bottle aging.
