It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Ahr in Germany.
A herbal, spicy and yeasty Riesling aroma flows from the glass, with notes of lemon balm and lemongrass as well as "stony" flavours. A very fine, almost creamy mousse impresses on the palate. A crisp acidity adds tension to the structure, while extract and tactile minerality contribute to a vertical, gripping flavour impression.
