Tasting Notes
Medium greenish yellow with silver reflections. Ripe pear fruit, a touch of apple and fig, subtle clove, and fine minerality combine on the multi-faceted bouquet. It is full bodied, juicy and silky, with a taut texture, elegant, fine fruit expression, pleasant acidity structure, and subtle nougat on the finish, before a lemony-saline touch on the aftertaste. Very good length, great harmony, great development. Certain ageing potential.
