Medium greenish yellow with silver reflections. Yellow tropical fruit, gooseberry, a hint of guava and mandarin zest and some blossom honey: an incredibly multi-faceted bouquet. Juicy, elegant, fine creamy texture, with delicate notes of apricot and peach. Finesse-rich structure, salty finish with a hint of lime; pithy. Still very youthful, but has definite ageing potential and length. Will only benefit from bottle ageing. A Sauvignon Blanc monument.
