Tasting from 17.02.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Ripe black cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant on the nose, along with blood orange and fine wood spice. It's soft and supple on the palate with sweetish extract, mild acidity and some soft tannins that emphasis the balanced and generous character. There's depth and a beautiful savouriness that accompanies the long finish.
