Tasting Notes

Tasting from 21.11.2019: Gerhild Burkard, Benjamin Herzog

The closed nose does not want to reveal much yet, but ripe, generous fruit can be sensed. The palate then reveals almost confected berry fruit. The foam is fine, fresh and lively, the finish very rounded.
