Pale golden yellow, silver reflections. Nuances of reduction, roasted hazelnuts, some flint, fine yellow peach in the background, caramel; multi-layered, animating bouquet. Full-bodied, white stone fruit, stony-grainy minerality, taut texture, fine acidity, markedly salty in the finish, light-footed and very persistent, filigree style, will benefit from further bottle ageing.
