Light yellow green, silver reflections. Delicate yellow apple fruit, a hint of caramel, delicately smoky herbal savouriness, fine wood savouriness, multi-layered bouquet. Juicy, elegant, white peach, fine acidity, creamy texture, mineral and salty finish, lemony echo, a hint of roasted aromas in the aftertaste. Cool and full of finesse, very good ageing potential.
