The red wine Edesheim Rosengarten Spätburgunder trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Oberhofer has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
The nose shows notes of caramel and raspberry, relatively clear wood, but also a fine, nuanced berryish fruit. On the palate the wine has a well-concentrated structure, sandy to fine-grained tannins, a still closed, juicy fruit and tendencies towards savoury, rather vertical development in the structure.
