Still closed on the nose, with aromas of salted popcorn, and discreet woody notes. The palate structure is very balanced and refined: ripe acidity and a supple body meet a carefully extracted phenolic structure that provides grip without the wine seeming harsh. The alcohol is well integrated, with tactile minerality providing firmness and energy on the finish.
