Tasting from 19.02.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Strong woody spice, gingerbread. Behind this is initially open red berry fruit. Slightly smoky notes. Sinewy, dense on the palate, powerful acidity and fleshy tannins, distinctive structure, cool density, good ageing potential. Less oak on the palate than on the nose.
