Tasting Notes

92+
Tasting from 13.09.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Yeasty on the nose, even a bit balsamic, ripe citrus, candied orange peel. Broad in the mouth, with mealy, immensely well-groomed phenolics and at the same time also plenty of juice, as well as an authentic-looking, coherent acidity. Very calm and balanced, almost Burgundy-like.
