Delicate pink in colour, complex aromas of smoke, pear, herbal savouriness with bay leaf and chamomile and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, a fine, lively acidity, bright fruit and pear. Beautifully gripping with delicate mineral notes. Balanced, finishes long and fresh.
