Slate savouriness on the nose, fresh lemons, fresh pineapple, green apple, lemon balm, discreet gunpowder, wet rock. On the palate ripe peach, lemons, mineral spiciness, lively fruitiness, pleasantly tart and refreshing, lots of flow.
