The white wine »Sirius« Flonheim Klostergarten Scheurebe trocken, vintage 2016 from the winery Weingut Pauser has been rated in 2017 with 87 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Scheurebe from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Quick-change artist, chameleon? The nose is surprisingly restrained with aromas of passion fruit and papaya. And on the palate, it uses the same sweet and fruity tactics to conceal the fact that it is a Scheurebe and can disguise itself as a Sauvignon Blanc.
