Tasting Notes
Yeasty and mineral, notes of herbs and spices, thyme, slightly animalistic. Soft and broad on the palate, mellow, with melted tannins, a ripe acidity seamlessly interwoven into the body. A full-bodied Pinot, high in alcohol, but also well-balanced, full of charm, supple, with a beautiful, red berry fruit finish. Medium length.
More about the tastingAlmond, malt, first maturity, but also clearly slate spicy, soft on the palate, creamy, with crumbly tannin filling, rather tight acidity, round and plump, slightly tending towards breadth, but not disproportionate, the creaminess is kept in balance by minerality. Strong alcohol.
