Tasting Notes
Youthful and buttery at first, but quickly clearing up: sweet cherry, rose petal and rosehip, Assam tea. Palate shows very good balance: suppleness in the background, ripe, grainy, medium to high tannins, restrained acidity. Tannins and vivid tactile minerality carry the structure. Very young, exciting, long ageing potential.
