A restrained, dark berry aroma soars from the glass, subtly wood spiced, cinnamon and bay leaf. On the palate there are very finely extracted tannins, silky and juicy, accompanied by a fine acidity and delicate fruit. A Spätburgunder with a mineral character, delicate but at the same time internally firm (and ripe).
