Tasting from 17.04.2013

12.5 %, 12 g RZ, light greenish yellow. Smoky on the nose, initially still somewhat reductive on the nose, then fine yellow tropical fruit, a hint of orange zest, underlaid with fine blossom honey. Medium body, clear mineral character, well-integrated acid structure, delicate mango, lemony aftertaste, lingers well, still needs time to develop.
