Bright straw yellow. On the nose there are aromas of ripe apple, ripe peach and honeydew melon coupled with savouriness and hints of honey. Creamy and round on the palate, with a lot of body and noticeable use of oak, yet nice juiciness and saltiness, harmonious and persistent.
