The white wine »SP« Ungstein Scheurebe trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Pfeffingen has been rated in 2019 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Scheurebe from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Yellow fruit, a hint of redcurrant and a well-integrated woody note on the nose, which carries through to the palate as a fine spiciness. Behind this, tropical hints of passion fruit, ripe peach and an animating terpene-like bittersweet character develop, supported by a fine acidity structure.
