Medium green yellow, silver reflections. Intense smoky herbal savouriness, a hint of nettles, cassis and grapefruit zest. Juicy, white apple, cassis, fresh acidity, mineral-salty finish, lychee and lime in the aftertaste, a hint of fruit sweetness in the aftertaste, a savoury, youthful food companion.
