The red wine Ilbesheim Kalmit Spätburgunder trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Pfirmann has been rated in 2018 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Delicate, Burgundy-like raspberry fruit, also elegant on the palate, with emphasised juiciness, ripe acidity and a reservedly extracted, mellow tannin. Shows the limestone of the site with a silky texture behind the tannins. Good length, still young.
