Tasting Notes
Nuanced cherry fruit: from sour cherry to black cherry notes. After aeration some rosemary, flint, yeasty aromas, finally some notes of wet limestone. Dense, fresh fruit on the palate, restrained yet supportive tannic backbone, grippy, fresh, juicy tannins that integrate into the finish, excellent length. A Pinot Noir close to perfection.
