Deep dark ruby with an opaque core, purple reflections and delicate edge brightening. Inviting aromas of dark-berry fruit, ripe plum, fine nougat, subtle herbal savouriness and orange zest. Powerful, concentrated on the palate with ripe cherry and vivid, supporting tannins. Good freshness, with mineral touches and a firm finish. Will benefit from bottle ageing, certain ageing potential.
