Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Dark forest berry confit with a hint of marzipan, a hint of blueberry and fig in the background. Juicy, savoury, a hint of dried plum, fresh finish, mineral aftertaste.

Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple on rim. Black forest berry aromas, ripe figs, a hint of prunes, candied orange zest and subtle touches of vanilla spices. Medium complexity, dark nougat underneath, ripe blackberry fruit, integrated tannins, fresh finish, will benefit from bottle ageing.
