Deep dark ruby with an opaque core and purple reflections, delicately brighter at the rim. Nuances of fresh fig, nougat and dried plum underlaid with subtle savoury nuances and candied orange zest. Juicy, ripe blackberry and black cherry, with vivid tannins and a savoury-mineral finish. Still needs time.
