Medium golden yellow colour, with silver reflections. Nice herbal savouriness, nuances of white pear, fresh tangerine zest, with a dark minerality, and delicate caramel, it is a multi-faceted ripe bouquet. Juicy, elegant, lovely pear fruit, a pleasant freshness, it is a dry mineral style, with some length. But it still seems very youthful, and it has a discreet touch of fig on the finish, with a fine saltiness on the aftertaste.
