Dark, almost opaque ruby colour, delicate purple edges. Finely spiced ripe plum fruit on the nose, delicate hints of blackberry jelly, dried herbs, very delicate animal notes. Elegant, juicy, very good complexity, hides its muscles behind silky tannins and sweet fruit, freshly structured, cherries on the finish, already accessible, a fine food companion.
