Tasting Notes
Medium golden-yellow, slightly cloudy and with silver reflections. An inviting aroma of fresh apricots and some apple, as well as subtle hints of blossom honey, herbal savouriness, and a floral touch. The palate is juicy with a fine acid arc and delicate notes of Nashi pears. A touch of nutmeg on the finish. A cuvée of four fragrant white wine varieties, amalgamised in amphora.
