Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle edge brightening. Delicate aromas of spice and red forest berries, some orange peel, hints of cardamom. Juicy, firm, fruity sweetness of blackberry, fine, supporting tannin, mineral, good food companion with development and certain ageing potential.
