Medium yellow green colour. Delicately smoky notes, yellow tropical fruit, a hint of a toasty aroma, banana and caramel, fine savouriness, very multi-faceted bouquet. Elegant, fine creamy texture, again juicy tropical fruit, wonderfully balanced, pleasant fruit on the aftertaste. It is a very versatile food wine.
