Light greenish yellow, silver reflections. Floral nuances, fine notes of pome fruit, yellow apple, delicate hints of mandarin zest, a hint of honey blossomy. Textured, delicately nutty, dark minerality, elegant, fine acid structure, a hint of caramel on the finish, salty, white fruit in the aftertaste, already developed, easy to drink, has certain ageing potential.
