Pale greenish yellow, silver reflections. Some passion fruit notes underpinned by fine orange zest, delicate pear notes, delicately spicy. Juicy, balanced acid structure, yellow apple fruit on the finish, salty aftertaste, dark minerality in the aftertaste, sticks well, already easy to drink.
