Slate savouriness on the nose – still closed – savoury, with lemon balm, nettle, subtle citrus fruit and white grapefruit. Light-footed, dancing on the palate, good extract, juicy and with a fine interplay of sweetness and acidity. Mineral savouriness and good balance, enjoyable to drink now and in a few years.
