Tasting Notes
Cardamom, oat crumble, yellow-fleshed peach. Rich extract, taut and generous with not exuberant body, savoury in the aromatic plant and not yet fully developed, mineral-rich display, powerful and yet also withdrawn Riesling.
More about the tastingElegant, restrained aroma of light herbal notes, reminiscent of tarragon and lemon thyme. Subtle Granny Smith zest and some lime. Sparse, aromatically restrained - citric character. Consistently dry. Very good length.
