Tasting Notes
Wild cherry, blueberry. Lots of fresh fruit. Homogeneous, dense, good tension, firm acidity and yet also power, still very young, gripping and yet also generous, surprisingly strong muscle for the vintage, long, extremely well extracted. Not a gram of fat too much.
More about the tastingCaptivating aroma of pepper, juniper, bay leaf and dark wild berries. Clearly autumnal, until its unbridled youth of agile acidity and striking tannins invades the palate. Reconciliation takes time.
More about the tastingAlmost petroly ripe notes, floral, dark berry, seamlessly filled creamy frame, crumbly-grainy tannin and rather discreet acidity, very mineral, on the way to full development.
