Tasting Notes
Complex aroma: wild cherry, herbs, fern, menthol, warm sandstone. Loosely knit yet grippy on the palate, very high quality, skillfully extracted tannins, multi-layered and already intense fruit, lots of juiciness, but also profound texture - a Spätburgunder that ticks all the boxes and yet remains nobly restrained in the overall impression.
