Strong yellow with greenish reflections in the glass. Extremely young on the nose, needs a lot of air contact then hints of white pepper emerge but hardly any primary fruit. Very individual aromas on the palate, cinnamon, green plum, lime and mustard flour. Really dry, unique style with elegance.
