On the nose, notes of balsamic and cooked apples, with slate-spicy nuances. Taut and fresh on the palate, the sweetness emphasises the fruit, the acidity provides a vertical structure, beautiful intensity and striking mineral notes. An exceptionally good estate wine with polish and richness.
