Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, soft brightening on the rim. Plum notes underlaid with some fine wood spice, a hint of wild berry confit and a subtle nougat touch. Complex, juicy, good tannic structure, powerful, ripe cherry notes on the finish, slightly mineral, herbal spice on the finish, definite ageing potential.
