Tasting from 29.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach und Ursula Geiger

Brilliant, dense ruby red. Animating bouquet with a mix of deep savouriness, ripe cherry and dried herbs. Firm, straightforward palate with vivid, grainy tannins, very ripe acidity and a long, chalky finish. Allow to mature!
