Tasting from 11.11.2022: Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach

Gentle, fleshy fruit on the nose: plum and black cherry, some cassis. The ethereal, balsamic savouriness adds another dimension: liquorice, some vanilla and salt-infused Kampot pepper. Taut, extremely straightforward and tightly structured.
