Tasting Notes

90+
Tasting from 14.11.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Powerful aromas of ripe apple, pear and apricot, nutty flavours, savouriness and smoke. A Pinot Blanc that draws on its full certain ageing potential with a powerful and firm structure, lots of juice, texture and sweetness, supported by a ripe and compact acid vein. Also great with food.
