The red wine »MMXVI Black Label« trocken, vintage 2016 from the winery Weingut Rosenhof has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot
It has a soft bouquet with some red fruit jelly, blueberry, wild berry, also some lactic notes. On the palate there is ripe red fruit and a vivid acidity, along with deep and still slightly astringent tannins. It displays its format, but not (yet) the final form.
