Tasting Notes

93+
Tasting from 05.12.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Initially a little closed, please aerate sufficiently, because then notes of small red berries, red flowers, an iodine saltiness and a wild-animalic spice profile with allspice, juniper and colorful pepper develop. Exceptionally slender, focused and straightforward, with delicately animating acidity. Explicitly not a blockbuster wine, but elegantly prancing.
