Tasting from 14.02.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Dense on the nose, fruit in play with savouriness, red cherry, wild berries, fine savouriness of cinnamon, cardamom, marzipan. Beautiful fruit on the palate, clear and unaffected, animating spiciness, dense and well-balanced, cultivated tannins, a Pinot Noir that stimulates drinking.
