No sulfur added. Total SO2 9 mg/l. Residual sugar 4.7 g/l. Red apple, caramel candy, blossom honey, late harvest fruit in a transposed way. Dense and rich on the palate with plenty of traction, intense fruity palate, apple and ripe yellow fruit again, but without primary notes, vital acidity, tactile mineral and enormously aromatic finish, almost a note of menthol at the end. Combines power and fullness with Mosel elegance and freshness.
